We assist with dimensional evaluations, packaging assessments, assembly observations, product behavior analysis and Root Cause Analysis activities to support effective corrective actions and long-term process improvement.

Support new product launches through local coordination, production readiness activities and cross-functional communication. We assist supplier and customer teams during critical launch phases to help identify issues early, reduce production risk and promote a successful program introduction.
